Fee Structure: 

Fees for our regular services are listed below – We offer other tailored quotes to your matter. If you are professional, licensed access or lay client, please contact us directly for a quote or if you have any questions. 

We will always provide quotations where we have sufficient information to adequately identity an appropriate fee and there is a barrister that is willing to provide the legal service required by the client. 

Quotations will be provided as soon as possible, most certainly within a reasonable time period, and we will provide the quotation in clear and readily understandable terms.

Immigration

Our fixed immigration fees include the following: 

·  Attendances

·  Oral and written communication with the client and relevant third parties

·  Assessment, preparation and submission of the application and relevant supporting documents, copies of documents and postage/email.

NB: Home Office fees, IHS fees, expert reports, interpreters/translator fees, courier charges and any other disbursements are not included. Potential additional costs will be discussed during an initial consultation, or whenever they arise they will be communicated to the client as soon as practicably possible.

Family 

Ashraf Law take instructions on privately funded family law matters. This includes proceedings related to:

·  Representation in court for family matters

·  Child care and contact proceedings

·  Divorce petitions, contested/uncontested divorces

·  Financial proceedings and financial relief 

·  Non-Molestation Orders/ Occupation Orders 

We offer legal services on a privately funded basis; our fee schedule is transparent and is discussed/agreed with the client following an initial consultation and taking instructions from the client before commencing any work.

Our hourly rate is charged at £250.00 an hour.

Road Traffic Offences 

Our hourly rate is charged at £250.00 an hour. Please find attached below an estimate for initial consultation and representation at Magistrates’ Court hearings in relation to Road Traffic Offences – please not these are for offences which are limited in sentencing to imposition of financial penalties and/or penalty points.

All disbursements and excluded in the quotations provided, as well as the cost of instructing experts and/or third parties. 

Client conference

·  with a barrister who will provide an advice upon your RTO matter - £250.00

Guilty plea hearing at the Magistrates Court

·  A guilty plea hearing for the duration of one Magistrates court date for a driving offence – disbursements may be required dependent on location of the hearing – Fees start from £250 

·  If there are multiple driving offences or further issues of complexity a more tailored quote may be provided upon further consultation

• If extra hearings are required on different dates, each separate hearing will be charged at £250.00 
• In some circumstances a medical expert may be required to give an opinion in your matter. The average cost of instructing a medical expert range from £1000.00 –£2500.00 (exc. VAT)
• If your case relates to drink/drug driving, occasionally a drink driving expert may be required to give evidence. The average cost of instructing a drink drug driving expert range from £1000.00 – £2500.00 (exc. VAT)

Guilty plea hearing involving exceptional hardship application

• Fees start from: £600.00
• We do not offer an hourly rate service in these types of matters.
• A solicitor or barrister of our choice will represent you at your hearing.
• If extra hearings are required on different dates, each separate hearing will be charged at £250.00 
• In some circumstances a medical expert may be required to give an opinion in your matter. The average cost of instructing a medical expert range from £1000.00 –£2500.00 (exc. VAT)

Special reasons hearing

·  Initial appearance in Court and the special reason hearing on a different hearing date - start from £750.00 and vary subject to the complexity of the case.

·  If there are multiple driving offences or further issues of complexity a more tailored quote may be provided upon further consultation

• If extra hearings are required on different dates, each separate hearing will be charged at £250.00 
• In some circumstances a medical expert may be required to give an opinion in your matter. The average cost of instructing a medical expert range from £1000.00 –£2500.00 (exc. VAT)
